That’s what happened when I discovered the science behind sleep. I began to understand the how and why of healthy sleep patterns, and everything changed for me.
Now, I’m passionate about helping parents feel that same sense of relief and empowerment.

My Four Pillar Method looks at every aspect of your little one’s life: their personality, routine, sleep environment, age, nutrition, and even your parenting style.
And as part of that, I also guide families in making small, realistic low-tox swaps, because our environment matters.
After navigating eczema and sleep struggles with my own child, I learned how powerful it can be to reduce toxins in the home. A cleaner sleep space and safer products can support better rest, healthier skin, and overall wellbeing, without the overwhelm.
We work together to unpick what’s really going on, and I’m there to support and guide you every step of the way.

My goal is to educate parents so they can make informed, confident, and clear decisions that are best for their little ones.
No pressure, no judgement, just honest, intuitive, confident parenting – that is how it works.
As much as my work is about helping exhausted and tired parents it’s ALSO about empowering parents to have confidence in their parenting choices and to understand what’s going on so that they can make an informed decisions.
Because for so long I didn’t know what I was doing and it made me doubt my parenting, it made me doubt myself and that took all the fun away from being a Mum.
My approach is gentle, both with the parents and the infant. Everything is backed up by the latest sleep science and tailored to each infant’s individual needs their age as well as taking into account their personality and temperament.
With an in-depth questionnaire we will thoroughly investigate your little one’s sleep challenge and take an overall look at all aspects of their lives to ensure that together we can create solutions that are suitable for your family.
First and foremost, I am there to support YOU.
I can then help to educate you on the sleep science and up to date information so you can make informed decisions.
And then I am here to guide you. I offer daily support to help you feel supported because I know first hand how invaluable that can be!
