What others are saying...
I learnt so much from Lily's workshop, she explains the science behind sleep so clearly and it really helped me to understand my little one's sleep so much better. It was also great to be able to ask my questions (of which I had quite a few) but I feel so much more confident in what I'm doing now. It was also great to see other mums with similar questions too! A really insightful and helpful workshop, I would definitely recommend to any new mums out there.
Lucy, 6 weeks
I came to Lily when I was at the point of overwhelm, confusion, bedtime burnout and endless evening meltdowns. It wasn't that I entered the process resistant, but I entered it completely doubtful that there was a solution or technique that would lighten my frustration and help me navigate keeping a strong willed three year old in bed at night.
The first inkling that I was in good hands came from Lily's understanding, calm presence and reassurance that though older children take time, there will be a way through. I found Lily to be fully understanding and empathetic to our struggles and even on those nights where I could not manage the technique of moving back or popping out I was never made to feel like I failed or didn't follow through. She is realistic that not every night is the same and that there will be one step forward two steps back evenings.
And though we are still working on getting William to fall asleep in his room without a parent in there I feel so much more confident that things can change, that a difference can be made not just because of the techniques Lily has taught us but because I am calmer, more centred and better leader through the bedtime may lay. It also helps to have her calm voice and reassuring words in my head when the struggle is real.
