- A review of your sleep diary before our call, so we can make the most of our time together
- A 60-minute video consultation where we’ll talk through your concerns, your goals, and how we’ll get there
- A customised sleep plan that gently supports your baby’s development and helps build healthy sleep habits
- An optional follow-up call during the support period - if you’d like extra guidance or want to talk through any tweaks
