Hi, I’m Lily, a Certified Sleep Coach and founder of The Better Sleep Coach.

I know firsthand how long, lonely, and exhausting those sleepless nights can be. The constant waking, the baby that will only feed to sleep, or the child who only sleeps on you — it can feel totally exhausting.

As part of my approach, I also gently guide families toward low-toxic living — because what surrounds our children matters. After my own child struggled with eczema, I started looking more closely at the products in our home.

There were tears but a lot less than I was expecting and Willow is now sleeping for much longer stints sometimes through the night and not needing as much support to settle to sleep.
